A non-communal political party could be the All India NPC. The vanguard force of the working class will be led by the communists. It will move forward in the reconstruction of the country and will be responsible for protecting the independence and sovereignty of the country. The party will be the bearer and bearer of the nationalist spirit. Its role will be immense in making the nation happy and prosperous.

At the outset, we pay tribute to those victims who were martyred in the mass uprising of 24. The National Progressive Council (NPC) was a participant in this mass movement. We have given numerous programs in this mass uprising. In the five stages of the Progressive Students' Front, this fascist government finally fell. At the time of the agitation, we announced that it had already taken a nationalist form. The students and the working class showed it instantly. Besides, a large part of the peasantry had the support for it. Now it is important to take responsibility for the reconstruction of our country. Of course, we will move forward to protect the independence and sovereignty of the country.

All India NPC is going to be born. In such a situation we can imagine a separate state with the Indian subcontinent and China excluding present Pakistan. Therefore NPC will not exist in Pakistan; It is not. NPC in India and only The Internationale will exist in the world. Apart from that there will be presence of other communist-socialist parties. In this case All India Revolutionary Communist Union can be our worthy friend.
