We have no industrial or commercial structure. We only have revolutionary aspirations and optimism. The PW Office has instructed to export capital to 16 major countries. Then that primitive communist business will spread to every country in the world. That is, then there will be no more global capital. There will only be room for the inspiration and trust of communists. 14 countries have already been determined by PW. The remaining two countries will be determined at the National Progressive Council meeting. The profits from this will be spent on the world communist and progressive movement. The rest will be allocated for the overall welfare of the world. It is hoped that we will forget all differences and show solidarity in this movement and come forward. For now, this order of the PW will remain in force for 40 years. The remaining plans will proceed subject to discussion with the PW.

The phrase "This is not a personal war" expresses the idea that a conflict or situation is not driven by personal feelings, grudges, or animosity, but rather by broader, impersonal factors. It suggests that the conflict is about larger issues, ideologies, or goals, and not a matter of individual rivalry or revenge.

We are looking for a group of true communists for the "Cosmos Group". Those who will do business in light and heavy industry, food, clothing, housing, education and medical care all over the world. We will select a group of 32 honest and fearless leaders and activists from the communist-socialist parties. Present one or more business plans. Become a True Communist.

As a result of imperialist wars, business crises appeared. The consequences were not good. Even after two world wars, capital did not spread throughout the world. A settlement has already been made by Communist World. That is a wise decision. We will not rule in favor of the centralization of capital. Our objective is the decentralization of capital.

That is why the National Progressive Council is working to spread capital worldwide. We have come a long way towards meeting the goals. The heads of state of 16 countries must agree.

PW & PW Office have agreed on this. Hopefully, we will get the support of Communist World.

I have received free permission to enter 16 provinces of 16 countries around the world, including Dhaka. We know that we cannot look back for the next 40 years. Therefore, we expect cooperation from every country, especially educational-social-cultural and all progressive organizations. We are not forgetting the friendship of the heroes and heroines of cinema and popular sportsmen.

We don't tell entrepreneurs to lose heart over budget. You can reach specific goals by agreeing with PW. We will not forget the spontaneous participation of workers & labour. There is support from a large section of real farmers. Moreover, the issue of free entrepreneurs and businessmen will not be lost.
