32 true communists in 32 countries of the world will work in the "Cosmos Group". They will do total business in the countries for the purpose of world peace and the success of the communist movement. Moreover, they will work to protect oil, gas, mineral resources, electricity and the sea. "Cosmos Bank" will be established before all the money is invested. The founder and president of Cosmos Bank will be Comrade Mushfiq Borat. This is a bank of the communists. It is a different kind of banking system, standing outside the conventional capitalist system. Its purpose is to provide low-interest loans to communist-socialist-progressive countries. It is a beacon of hope and a beacon of dreams in the world banking system. It is hoped that this bank will play a full role in accelerating the world communist movement.

It is good news that we are about to create the largest ever combination of bank capital and industrial capital. However, it will not be allowed to be converted into investment capital in any way. 100% of finance capital will be converted into industrial capital instead of being converted back into bank capital. This is not monopolization but rather equal distribution among workers and farmers. A strong system of balanced distribution among the people. This industrial capital is not experimental and unplanned. It is a specific guideline. Moreover, we can also see and stand up for small business interests separately. More than 300 banks will be established to replace 100% finance capital. In this way, if this capital is in the hands of true communists, the export of goods will not take the place of the export of capital. The country's capital will remain in the country as it is. That certainly creates a place of hope.

In a historic concept, industrial capital is becoming the concept of national capital. Progressive banks will play a role in preventing international capital laundering. Since industrial capital is the main one here and bank capital is secondary, the export of capital can no longer occur. We are emphasizing a communist banking system. That is why we do not want to completely eliminate the banking sector. This sector will act as an economic shield for industrial capital. Paying wages to workers is an immediate duty here. Establishing agro-based industries is a responsibility here. We inevitably want to uncover the secret of surplus value. Now industrial capital is not destined for the global system, but for a country's own economic growth. Therefore, the decline and defeat of capital is inevitable.
